There are many. The supervisor in place at present should not be there. She is a very angry, antagonistic, hostile person. She talks about her coworkers/employees with other employees. I overheard something that I am still trying to find a place to report this. Vulgarities were and my coworker was beyond disrespected. Her rights to confidentiality were severely violated. So if it happened it's most likely happening to me and others. This person has been a supe for many years at WPS so HR knows how she and does nothing!!! Totally unacceptable and anyone who is a good employee anywhere, and you all are btw ( you won't that there either) do not come here to be abused and brought down. OK

Just another job, I suppose better than being unemployed

Work load and expected output will far exceed what you can get done You will be penalized for not doing the impossible, regardless of hard and how much you work. pressure is from all layers of management. I have seen so many people already leave, unfortunately many of those who left are people with the experience and they took that knowledge with them, this is making the job for those who remain much harder if not impossible. The Health insurance package is really bad You have to pay about $190/month to buy the health coverage Deductible = $2000 / year Co-Pay = $50 / office visits Pay rate = 80% of allowed amount (20% employee responsibility) No vision Very basic dental. No pension plan and only 6% for 401k. Low Salaries, just below what is competitive. Annual performance raises are barely over 2% There is really little upside to working at WPS anymore. I've worked at WPS for almost 15 years and can no longer handle the pressure, low pay and no benefit package to mention; many layoffs and constant reduction in pay and benefits. Currently looking for other jobs and pleasantly surprised to see many good options out there, wish me luck.

Occasionally they try to introduce improvements (?)

Cons

Management was reactive, not proactive to the changes in the industry or computer system changes necessary to stay competitive. Instead of looking toward the future they push their heads harder into the sand
