I have seen so many people already leave, unfortunately many of those who left are people with the experience and they took that knowledge with them, this is making the job for those who remain much harder if not impossible. The Health insurance package is really bad You have to pay about $190/month to buy the health coverage Deductible = $2000 / year Co-Pay = $50 / office visits Pay rate = 80% of allowed amount (20% employee responsibility) No vision Very basic dental. No pension plan and only 6% for 401k. Low Salaries, just below what is competitive. Annual performance raises are barely over 2% There is really little upside to working at WPS anymore. I've worked at WPS for almost 15 years and can no longer handle the pressure, low pay and no benefit package to mention; many layoffs and constant reduction in pay and benefits. Currently looking for other jobs and pleasantly surprised to see many good options out there, wish me luck.
