      The company's continuous improvement only focuses on hiring driven and motivated people looking to make a difference. The heavy audit requirements can slow improvement, but encourages creative troubleshooting.

      Pros

      Everyone here is so friendly. Happy to help you with whatever and whenever, even if you've never talked before. All the supervisors and UC's genuinely care about your performance and will give you all the tools to succeed that you need. Honestly in the beginning I thought it was all too good to be true. But here I am 5 months later and im still loving ever minute of it.

      Cons

      There really aren't any cons at all. Other than maybe when we have bad days and system wide outages. But that's nothing compared to all the pros of the job
