Horrible systems and supervisors micro manage like crazy. Mandatory overtime is overboard. Upper management treat you like peasants

This is a really good company. The people there are extremely nice and helpful. The interview process was not hard at all. And it’s work from home.

Cons

There is a very heavy workload. You are taking calls from members and providers. So that means double the work load.

Cons

Micro managing, no opportunity for growth, unorganized training, no preparation, no support, they expect you to be on your toes and have perfect numbers but don’t even tell you how to properly do your job more of a “go figure it out”
