      Pros

      You will get paid and more than likely the entire company will not be going away. Do really look at what line of business you are in before accepting a position though.

      Cons

      Where to start...While the trend on glassdoor shows things getting better that has to be padding done by HR/Marketing. A lot more managers and above have started to desert. This leave even less direction than before. If you don't keep your head down it is likely to be the target. The company can claim to be ethical but keeping an CYA folder at work and at home is important.

      Enjoyed the work when the supervisor stayed out of the way

      Cons

      Very expensive health insurance. Negative attitudes of the workers. Micro managing supervisor, supervising people with much more education than they have. Very BAD training of employees!

      Pros

      Moving around the company is very accepted. There's usually a lot of overtime available, depending on the position you're in. No problems getting paid promptly, ever.

      Cons

      Lots of internal politics, depends upon who your supervisor is. Because the work is contract based, it is pretty stressful not knowing if there is a job every time the contract comes up for renewal. Very us against them mentality, workers vs management.
