Lots of independence, trust in your ability to manage your work, and co-workers are overall fantastic and welcoming. The company tries to be progressive for its employees.

Cons

Pay raises are abysmal, the technology is stuck in the past, and leadership is more focused on helping themselves than the regular employees. It's a tough market lately, but leadership is far more reactive than proactive.
