Can work from home. Can create your own work schedule.
Cons
Maybe things have changed. The behavior of the leadership/management team was deplorable to say at best. The leadership did not follow policies or procedures. They didn't understand how to process claims or train properly. The ambience of a night club daycare. Leaders have amazing exits such as standing on a desk cursing out the other leaders for an all around poor performance before their exit for a more professional, professional career. This is NOT somewhere I would feel comfortable for my 30 year old to work.
