where to start.... Super poor mgmt. perception is all they care about. if you look good but suck at your job and play their games, you will go far, until they lay you off in the future. Mgmt is made up of buddies and game players. Very few decent managers left.

Little to no communication between those in charge and employees, no guidance given to supervisors so they would fire people for no reason, basically did away with flexible hours by making us put hours on a SS the week prior and if we didn’t stick to that we were written up, moving to new departments with little to no training, when the system goes down (which is weekly) you are expected to log off and either work your hours another day or use your PTO. During interviews and initial training classes were told that you could earn 56 hours of PTO on demand, 1 hour for every 30 worked and that once you hit 56 hours they would “encourage you to use some of them so you could begin earning again.” This was untrue. You max out at 56 a year but this was told to over 100 people and when we inquired we were told it was never said.
