      Fulfilling job with great pay and benefits

      Pros

      -Great compensation and benefits -401k -Flexible PTO -Supervisor cares about the team and was a big advocate for my professional growth (wish they would move him up to a higher level of management) Best part of the role imo is the people. I enjoyed talking to/working with/seeing the team every day. I felt like a welcomed member of the team, felt that my work and contributions were valued. I liked talking to all of the people on the phone.

      Cons

      -High call volumes at times (like when they were onboarding a lot of people) Can't really think of any things I didn't like about the role.

      Glad for the opportunities to serve our military and their families. WPS is still progressing with acquiring diverse and inclusive talent pool acquisitions.
