      401 K Plan is great!

      Cons

      No adequate training, no ones knows what they are doing. Asking questions is pointless. Promises are made to employees but not followed. Offer letters are not honored. No overtime offered! Supervisors have degrees and know nothing if asked. No room for growth. This is an awful place to work! Would never recommend it!

      Pros

      Lots and lots and lots of work, you'll never have to worry about not having something to do.

      Cons

      People in my department are putting in 60 hour weeks consistently. Upper management throws work at us that is complex and due the same day at 5 in the evening. The company only pays very loose lip service to the work life balance mantra.
