      Pros

      Flexible schedule (non bargaining only), good PTO benefits, corporate culture has made a drastic shift to be more inclusive over the last year or so.

      Cons

      Experience is going to depend heavily on what line of business you work for. Government contracts have been volatile in recent years meaning lots of wondering about layoffs even if you don’t work in those areas as those expenses have to get absorbed elsewhere. Employee health insurance premiums are sky high. Deductibles are high too.

      Pros

      The site is not Madison, Wi but Minooka, Wi. HR is a joke they are only there for the company and not for the right employees that's not in management.

      Cons

      They are very RACIST and not willing to teach . Not being a white person you are only as good as the next person they find to fill their government quota.
