benefits are slowly going away. I guess the ability to work from home.

Cons

where to start.... Super poor mgmt. perception is all they care about. if you look good but suck at your job and play their games, you will go far, until they lay you off in the future. Mgmt is made up of buddies and game players. Very few decent managers left.
