Innumberable cons to work at this location. The manager working here try to give you employment benefits after one year according to the offer to new employees, even if the company's probation is 3 motnhs. The offer includes health and dental benefits, however the RRSP starts after one year. They hire people as EIT and never use them as EITs, rather they are use EITs as full time surveyors in minus 30 temperatures. No learning opportunities or growth for entry level employees. Sometimes, older employees behave with racism towards junior ones.
