Non-Existent Graduate Scheme!

Pros

Can't say there are any

Cons

Left to your own devices as far as work is concerned, don't have much support in terms of learning, which is hard when you've never seen stuff before. No opportunity to work from home as I am a desktop user, so no agile working. Flexi-time contract is non-existent. Not a supportive graduate scheme, avoid if you don't have any design experience because they don't help in any way!! Associates don't speak highly of Graduates (see them as more of a hindrance), especially if you join half-way through the year, as they see you as whatever's left from a bad bunch!!

Pros

They employ good staff and have a good coffee machine.

Cons

Don't care about progression. Will sell you out to a clients office and it will be terrible. If not you will work in a design team until you leave due to utter boredom. Don't recommend unless you really need money.
