      A great place to start, have a variety of project in various sectors, strong network of consultants and PMs. Good ethos of team building and sharing responsibility. Flexibility in working from home to working at any office

      Cons

      -No Lateral movement or scope for growth within the scheme -Usually stuck in the same projects for a year or two. -Can not experience various projects or like other project schemes. -Not a guided learning curve, just been thrown into the deep end
