Be ready for minimal onboarding and support, gaslighting, a lot of confusion due to lack of clarity, expected to just carry a lot of work without being given a rundown, being talked down to by co-workers as long as they have a PE, manager not sponsoring your work and trying to slide it under the rug if it's good, the hybrid schedule sounds good on paper, but it promotes inconsistent guidance when it comes to work and you will be working 24/7, and a lot more
