Pros

They will hire you if you are breathing

Cons

They will hire and tell you that you will receive a raise at the 1 year mark. Not one single CSR that has been there over a year has received a raise. You do not have access to occurrence points, only your bosses boss does. And they tell you when a point has or hasn't rolled off. They always have to "get back to you" when you ask how many points you have. Their lack of professional has their own team leads looking for other jobs because the workload is too much for the small amount of people who are there. They will say "weekends free" and then do mandatory Saturdays to "catch up" instead of hiring more people. No paid sick days, if you don't come in you can use PTO, but still receive a point. Whether that's for childcare issues, or even if you have covid. They made several employees stay while sick bc if they went home they would get a point. They do not recognize doctors notes there. Everything is for the benefit of a few tops offices and everyone else is expendable. Stay away from this company.
