Pros
The company has opportunities statewide and worldwide. It is at the forefront of engineering and construction management. One of the original owners was the inventor of the third rail. if you like travel or if you'd like to relocate, this is your company.
Cons
The benefits are not very competitive. Annual sick days and vacation days are very few. There are plenty of company programs and activities for self-improvement. but, if you are in a field office, you have limited access to these programs. A lot of field office people also feel left out out or forgotten.
