      You get to know some decent people.

      Very impersonal and it is a stressful place to work. People don't care about each other and you are not recognised at all.

      Pros

      Melbourne office in city. The place I worked and think it was the only good thing about this sweatshop. There are nice people working there but very few!

      Cons

      Office manager (Melbourne office) is very opinionated, self-centered and with bossy attitude. Salaries are butt low and still they expect every one to do 2 or 3 hours free overtime every day. Workload is too much and there are some office principals who think that bullying subordinates is a way to go!

      Pros include: enjoyable bunch of people to work with, varied work if working as a consultant, low pressure environment.

      Cons

      Cons include: lack of leadership and vision, low to no career progression, little reward or recognition my management, lack of people persons in leadership positions, below average pay.
