There are no pros to working at this company. I worked there for 2 years, absolutely no recognition, no support when asked for it

Everything, if you last that long at this company you will start to realise everything they say they care about is a lie, I worked for them for 2 years with the expectation of getting my certificate. They pulled me out and forced me to work full time (never signed up for that) and then refused any support when I pleaded for help as a homeless Aboriginal, I've been fighting to get out of poverty and had unstable accommodation all my life. This is company does not care about you as a person or human being. I will be spreading this message wherever I can. DO NOT TRUST WSP.
