There are very few, and I mean FEW individuals who truly believe in the success of the company and its people.

Cons

This company is ran by hippocrisy, abuse, retaliation, and discrimination. The corporate world believes their people are idiots and openly say so. They have no respect for their staff in the stores. Managers are over worked with ridiculous pay and schedules. Assistant managers and supervisors have the same job, yet the assistant manager gets paid more. The courtesy officers endanger their life with petty thieves everyday. Getting stabbed, threatened, etc. yet they can't even request a vacation or day off without having their superiors getting mad.
