Better pay no help in the stores

Management uses fear based training. The most toxic managers who treat the employees like dirt have immunity and avoid consequences because of seniority. There have been HR involvement addressing the issues and nothing comes from it. They will threaten to write you up simply because you can't complete a task in a ridiculous amount of time even if the shift is short staffed. The female store manager on Kings Canyon has a disgusting attitude and yells and cusses at staff to get them to work with little guidance or directions. She has no patience to train properly. The now District manager is an enabler and always makes excuses for her. Stating that she means well or she's just going through a lot. But never reprimanding the behavior. If You don't do your job as quickly as they want you to, then they retaliate by cutting your hours the following week or make you close on weekends or they purposely deny any requested days off. It's a very toxic environment. Most employees are miserable there. They really talk up the job at the interview. Steer clear.
