Pros

Great pay and flexible hours.

Cons

Blackout periods during holidays suck. For example, you work Christmas Eve from 8am-10pm

Pros

Discount 30% Hours are flexible Young Environment Upper Management (not store level) are a pleasure to work for even though some have a sort of snobby approach.

Cons

Management can be unprofessional (inner city to be expected.) Had other associates train , they act as if cash register duty is rocket science, favoritism for position promotions to women (pretty faces sell more items in transactions amirite?) Unless you’re arse kissing management , you won’t ever get what you like. Part timers get no PTO/ Sick time (other part time jobs do) They implemented this bonus metric that was laughably bad in terms of compensation, before I parted ways. Organizing boxes every night for presentation the following day is ridiculous when you’re in charge of several hundreds of shoe boxes. In terms of growth , I believe them to attain more growth year round (better for reputation) All in all they employ minority groups a lot to resonate with their respective communities, my perspective on the job is they have you working like you don’t have any papers.. at least McDonald’s will give you better benefits.
