A "good-ole-boys" club that has has a major demographic change and the leftover "Boys" fighting to keep "like-minded" people in positions of power. Directly resulting in reluctance to reluctance to adapt to a changed workforce and their shifted workplace values. Rampant nepotism and favoritism.
