Pros

Absolutely nothing, this environment is extremely toxic.

Cons

They treat the female workers so poorly. I was slammed a door in my face by one of the male sports anchors, yelled at, and when I brought up the incident to my supervisor that I wanted to report his behavior as getting a door slammed and yelled at aggressively past midnight was not what I signed up for and he did not take my side, he told me, this specific anchor MP, has been with the station for longer tenure, nobody will believe my word and if i went to HR they would not help. If you are a female trying to make it into the industry there are other ways you can do it, they will give you all the scum work and not cater to any of your ideas compared to the male counterparts.
