Pros

- Work from home 4 days a week. - Pay is good. - Laid-back and personable mid-level managers. - Free meals the first Tuesday of every month.

Cons

- With the layoffs and budget concerns, upward mobility is stalling. - Job stability concerns. They've had 3 layoffs in the past year and a half. - Preference for offshoring instead of investing in American jobs. - Senior Leadership struggles with goal definition and execution towards those goals. - 1 day mandatory in office. - Accountability issues. Leadership has struggled to enforce best practices for concern of offending people. - The bonus process is a little arbitrary. If you had a "good bonus" last year based upon your performance, they won't let you have a good bonus the next year because "it wouldn't be fair." And sometimes they say "we had a record profit and revenue year.... BUT there isn't enough money for bonuses." - Right now I wouldn't recommend WTW to friends, because I'm worried that I'll have a job in 6 months. I wouldn't do that to my friends.
