Pros

Highly skilled and dedicated co-workers

Cons

Office environment is sterile and oppressive, management disciplines people for talking in their cubicles and then has loud conference calls on speaker phone in their own office. No leadership, just micromanagement.

Pros

Remote Decent pay Travel New experience for me

Cons

Stressful environment Toxic Horrible for ⚫️ ppl (I’ve had several racist comments said to me by my former boss and some coworkers) Working here really changed the way I view corporate. While there is some good (thank God I was remote and didn’t have to see these people everyday), the bad outweighs for sure. I remember at the end of the day after work feeling depressed. They micromanage and judge everything that you do. Meanwhile upper management makes mistakes all the time. I think upper management got off on humiliating the remote workers especially the ppl of color.

Pros

Pizza parties instead of pay raises...

Cons

Underpaid, undervalued, talk about diversity but it is just to keep with the Jones versus actually doing it. Big company and easy to get lost in the mix. Never work in a service center, they will always strive to pay you as little as possible, no upward mobility, and get ready for 1-2% raises and laughable bonuses. Rotating door of colleagues because people see through the BS rather quickly. As a result, get ready for the frustrations of new colleagues that need to learn SOPs from scratch. Only got offered the opportunity of a promotion after resigning. Retail offices have more opportunity, but it all depends on who you report to. AON merger was a disaster—massive brain drain, battlefield promotions for the people who got left behind when others jumped ship and didn’t invite them. (They weren’t invited for good reason and now they are running the show) Upper management explained that the merger would be great for the world, innovation, BS BS BS—the DOJ said the exact opposite. The ivory tower management were just in it to line their own pockets and get golden parachutes. AON was happy to pay $1B termination fee after putting WTW through the ringer.
