Pros

The work from home option.

Cons

Slave labor. You’re just a pawn to someone else getting rich. Any concern you have about the hours gets you in trouble. As in we don’t care about you, just get back to work. Someone’s head is always on the chopping block. ALWAYS. I was an amazing performer then in one month went to a terrible performer? UNREALISTIC EXPECTATIONS!!!!

Pros

There is absolutely no pros about this job. Trainers are horrible and dont know how to teach. Supervisors and upper management are all on their own page so its hard to get an answer from anyone over there that is correct or same answer from two people. HR is non existent and Recruiting is a complete joke. And these are the positive things about this place in Tempe,Az.

Cons

The entire place is one big con. They call themselves “seasonal” to get around offering benefits. Customer service has to get permission from another department to assist the customers and right now your sitting around for good half hour to hour inbetween calls. They also don’t take supervisor calls its your problem to deal with the irate customers even when their asking for a supervisor. There is nothing good about this place as they dont care about their customers at all. To show their respect they call retirees “seasoned” instead of their proper name of Retirees which is what they are. They have no respect for customer service representatives. My advice run fast and don’t stop at this company you would be very disappointed.

Pros

Strong consulting teams Strong client delivery

Cons

The stock price doesn't show it but the Willis-TW merger is a mess. The P&C Producers are prima donnas who disrupt the office. The CRB group overall is dysfunctional with timid leadership. Time to clean house. The real estate changes don't take into account how people actually work. Poor execution of changes.
