      Great learning environment with plenty of chances to build skills across different projects and most of the projects include working with the latest tech stack Good exposure to real-world challenges that really help with professional growth Teammates and stakeholders are generally supportive and approachable, making it easier to collaborate, share ideas, and get help when needed

      Not the best place to start your career (better suited for people with 10–12+ years of experience) You’re often expected to take on responsibilities similar to senior team members, but that doesn’t reflect in salary increments Recognition and rewards are quite rare, and in some cases, you might not receive any depending on your manager The work culture doesn’t feel as strong as it used to and seems to be gradually fading
