Pros

Friendly Coworkers are about the only pro.

Cons

Consistent unreasonable expectations and timelines frequently pop up due to the disconnect from various teams to each other, and you will be at fault for not getting it all done "on time" even when a turnaround time is unreasonable. There is little to no room to grow, and promotions do not mean a whole lot except that you will have more responsibility with little to no pay increase. Billable hour goals are not motivating or rewarding. You have to bust your butt for an entire year to barely get a raise on par with a cost of living adjustment. There's a reason people rarely stay longer than 2 or 3 years, and it's because WTW doesn't respect the work and development of their employees, or reward them for dedication and hard work.

Pros

Work life balance, PTO, coworkers, Agents care very much and work very hard.

Cons

You have no say what department you work in, they move license people to csr or force to go IFP when they have no desire to move. Pay raise are not a priority nor is moving up in the company unless you suck up or are in the "in crowd" Different seasons you wear a different hat which is fine when you are being utilized for your skill.

Pros

Many different roles Options to transition to other roles Opportunities for advancement with the right training, experience, and willingness to learn Capability to work remotely

Cons

Force you to wear way too many hats Explain a job one way only to completely change job requirements within a year, or have them be nothing close to the actual requirements Raises/Bonuses are based on an arbitrary system that you have little to no insight into and that require an enormous amount of paperwork to essentially prove you earned it Benefits have changed several times with mergers and the like. Usually we end up losing great benefits Parental leave length isn't great Had to fight to prove a company that has employees in the technology sector could work well remotely, and then fight really hard to remain working remotely
