Great leadership team that provides plenty of opportunities for growth. Great work environment surrounded by really helpful and professional people.

Cons

The cost of construction (normal) long work hours which also means sometimes you have to travel.

The company offers outstanding opportunities for growth, and my own career is proof—I started as a laborer and worked my way up to regional manager thanks to strong leadership, consistent training, and a culture that believes in promoting from within. Employees who show dedication and drive can truly build a long‑term career here.

Cons

At the same time, offering slightly more competitive wages would help retain the talented people who make the company successful and prevent them from being drawn away by other construction firms. With just a bit more focus on compensation, the company could further strengthen its already solid foundation for long‑term employee loyalty.
