Toxic and draining environment

Pros

At this point there are none.

Cons

I have never encountered a more toxic and gossipy environment than this one. And the fact that it comes from leadership, including HR, is alarming. There are no standard operating procedures, nothing is documented. They do not take feedback or suggestions on improvement well AT ALL. As an employee, there are ZERO perks. Salaries are insultingly low for newer hires compared to the market and cost of living in the area. Onboarding is a joke. Nobody is on the same page about ANYTHING. The company is the literal definition of too many cooks in the kitchen.

Pros

-Competitive salary -Solid benefits package, including 401(k) match, tiered health plans, year-end time off, and maternity leave

Cons

-The organization has a disproportionately high number of decision-makers relative to individual contributors (approximately 2–3 senior leaders per one worker). -Compensation growth has slowed since the TKO merger. Fun benefit perks have been canceled after the merger. -Expect frequent late hours and weekend work. -Senior leadership often demonstrates a lack of clear strategic direction. Many leaders have been with the company for over a decade and continue to be promoted, which may limit fresh perspectives. -Workplace culture can be challenging, with behavior such as yelling and degrading team members during team meetings, deflecting responsibility followed by the occasional gaslighting, and a lack of accountability are accepted. -Recognition and rewards are limited, with modest merit increases (around 3%) and no bonus structure. Given the workload, leadership challenges, and limited growth incentives, this role may not be worthwhile unless you are entering at a senior leadership level.

Pros

Various employee perks still remain. Some passionate and hard-working people. Pay grade above standard for certain roles. Perks and employee events were a lot better pre-TKO.

Cons

Management has clear favorites and office politics are the way to get ahead. Way too competitive and tense between teammates. Nonstop schedule of more and more events. Pointless TKO town hall meetings where Mark is more interested in talking about UFC and PBR than anything of WWE employee interest. Expected to oversee multiple sports entertainment companies and TKO purchases. Some significant perks taken away by TKO. More ads, more partnerships, but what about employee satisfaction?
