Pros

Fast paced environment, you'll never be bored. Every day brings new challenges.

Cons

People looking for a slow and steady environment will struggle here. There is process, but anyone who cannot switch directions/priorities on the fly may not be comfortable here.

Pros

There are some good people there, but they get steamrolled by the egotistical execs who are only out for themselves.

Cons

It's a place where you have to watch your back at all times. Decisions are often based on if it will trigger an exec's bonus rather than if it's in the overall good of the company.

Pros

Simply put, the company drives its employees to be the best they can be. In my time there, I saw people flourish and I saw them fall. Management in the television studio are very loyal to those that come in and put in the work. The pay isn't quite NYC money, but it's competitive for Stamford.

Cons

Very difficult to get ahead once you're in; moving up the ladder doesn't come easy, though many higher up like to claim that the environment is designed for entry-level employees to move up. Work is expected to come first over everything, which can be draining, but admittedly has fostered a culture that is great for those that come to work hard.
