Pros

Great company to work for as an intern. Learned a lot on the job that will help me in my career path

Cons

Did not receive pay for the summer internship which is a drag, but at least you get some college credit.

Pros

Full-time (not Freelance) employees have access to an excellent gym, campus is large and offers shuttle service to and from train station. Cafeteria is on the premises and if you work late for events you do get a food allowance and oftentimes, car service back home.

Cons

Many projects with flawed strategies that would have implications on workflow, execution, employee attitude and and much larger issues. Lots of backstabbing and lack of ownership on projects. Very "cliquey" Relied very heavily on Freelance workers.
