Pros

It's a great learning experience. There's s a lot of experience to prepare you to become a designer under high pressure environment with tight deadlines. There are also plenty of amazing creatives that you can work with.

Cons

Some management can get very toxic and inappropriate when they're talking to people. It is also has a really high pressure environment so the stress level also is high and the end of your shift. I know it's something that comes with the job but it is one of the biggest downside of working in television

Pros

Good benefits, paid well. All expenses paid while traveling.

Cons

A lot of time away from home. Not much work/life balance
