Benefits are good for cannabis Industry

Cons

Short staffed constantly and still try to maintain workload of what has to be cooked, toxic work environment, callouts every day, mental breakdowns. Management has no experience, no work ethic, cannot communicate and do not try at all for what they are paid. Managers and leads don't care about their staff's well being. No roo for growth, they will not advance you even if it's for the benefit of the company and what is right and promote slackers when they complain work is not done correctly for less chances of being overthrown from their positions.

Great Learning Environment: Wyld provides an excellent opportunity to develop and enhance sales and customer service skills. As the sole person responsible for sales growth, I gained hands-on experience in managing client relationships and driving business success. Autonomy and Responsibility: Working independently allowed me to take full ownership of my tasks, boosting my confidence and decision-making skills. This level of responsibility helped me grow both professionally and personally. Dynamic Work Experience: The role involved a mix of customer support and sales, keeping the work interesting and varied. It provided valuable exposure to different facets of business operations.

Cons

Limited Team Collaboration: Being the sole person responsible for sales meant there was little opportunity for team-based learning or collaboration, which could have provided additional insights and support.
