Pros

Its just a generally positive enviroment. It's rare that you find a place that treats their employees this well. They care about their employees. They care about the comminity as a whole. I couldn't be happier working for WYLD.

Cons

I genuinely can't think of any cons.

Pros

Pay was adequate. Benefits are above average for the industry. Room for advancement. Wyld is experiencing rapid growth which could translate to job security.

Cons

I saw a huge amount of repetitive stress injuries. I saw roughly 75% employee turnover per calendar year, I experienced some questionable group punishment tactics from management. Wyld culture means you are expected to publicly fall on the sword with a smile for even the hint of a mistake. Wyld culture does not however publicly celebrate wins of any size and the CEO knows this. The work is extremely fast paced. The level of execution expected on a daily basis is very high.
