Pros

Decent pay, good health benefits.

Cons

Dirty working conditions, bad management, leads have terrible communication, favoritism from management, ever ever-changing schedules they'll change schedules sometimes multiple times a week, one month you open the next month you close, dirty condition for food such as gummies on the floor and drams that touch the ground are still used. Overworked.

Pros

Positive reinforcement, super accepting and forward thinking culture, clear and easy to use “recognition” system that you can use to appreciate anyone in the company (it is used often and it’s great to see and receive). Coworkers are super friendly and eager to get to know anyone new (even outside my department). Environmentally and socially focused company that tries to make real positive change in the world. Carbon neutral company and actively working to do better than that.

Cons

Depending on the time of month/week, and what department you are in, the hours can be long.
