Pros

Full coverage medical benefit option, 4 day work week options, down to earth co workers, be try successful in edibles field (80% of market), opportunities to relocate and remote, 1 week sabbatical added to PTO bank after one year

Cons

The kitchen starting pay is a little too low for the amount of hard work they do, trainer program needs to be fine tuned and managed better and with a more strict hand
