The management genuinely care about their employees and the environment. They have competitive pay. Also it is really nice to work for a company that actually sells a great product.

I've worked in multiple cannabis facilities and none told a candle to Wyld. They are constantly looking at improving things and admitting where things need work, we get raises every year with increased benefits and PTO + the manufacturing teams get sabbaticals where desk workers do not.

Cons

Busy, and lots of people in the building.

The company is very inclusive, community oriented, pays well, and provides free health insurance

Cons

Management has the discretion to run things as they see fit with no accountability. There is a disconnect between the management and staff due to disorganization and lack of communication/transparency. Their values are used against lower employees rather than applied to all levels. Such as saying to be more resilient when there are constant changes that aren’t communicated. They also say the hire internally and care about each person they bring into the business but there was a lot of negative discussion about employees amongst the managers that doesn’t align with the company.
