Pros

The benefits are higher than industry standards (not hard to do) and the pay is ok.

Cons

Fake progressive company that will fall into the exact same corporate strong hand tactics as any other brand. Aggressively anti-Union to the point of completely eliminating key positions at the detriment of the team. I've seen multiple rounds of layoffs, and I suggest folks organize asap before you're next on the chopping block. I gave them over two years of back breaking quality work and improved the safety and morale of the facility, only to have the rug pulled out from under me because I see the writing on the wall, automation will eliminate most jobs there within the next few years.

A fast workday. Hands-on and technical work . Not heavy loads. Chance to Provide strong Leadership. Get Great Benefits. Make more gummies than you can imagine and do it using unique, evolving processes with highly motivated leaders and a crew that’s down for whatever.

Cons

Can be high speed and a little relentless. Repetitive motion can wear people out. The pros at this place can be the cons for some. How hard do you want to work?

pay and benefits good. but that is all.

Cons

management is disconnected from worker and does not care about long term solutions for any production conflicts only short term higher quantity over quality band aid fixes. Anti DEI work place. if you don't align with white supremacy methods of action your not part of the "clique" and higher management will try and get rid of you.
