Pros

Very healthy pay & insurance. Although, if you're working 80 hour weeks, what is great pay?

Cons

Leadership is a joke- total boys club. If you don't bootlick you won't get far here. Virtue Signaling SJW's.

Pros

Pay was decent, free gummies

Cons

Toxic environment, sub standard working conditions, dirty / numerous health code violations. No support from HR on any of these conditions or the way managers treat employee's. You are just a number, they will suck your soul dry and come back for more....

Pros

Decent basic health coverage provided

Cons

They care about numbers. Full stop. ... Operational management can be quoted "I do not care how employees feel or what they want." They interview, hire, promote, and overall reward based off of relationship, not performance or experience. When issues arise, they often ignore them whenever possible. Have a reputation for ignoring BOLI regulations; management still unaware of the basic regulations for a manufacturing facility. No training, but expectations of 'par' level performance after 3-4 days of employment, although management is incapable of providing the same basic performance, or tools of training to enable staff to do so. Change schedule within hours of shifts without notifying staff. Reverse scheduling approvals without warning. Promotes favoritism amongst staff. High turn over with low level (and long processing) of hiring in return. Constant callouts with unprepared management. Changes operating procedures on the fly without informing staff, then reprimands for lack of knowledge, without providing related and necessary training. Sometimes quality matters, sometimes it doesnt; but the numbers always matter. Complete disregard for employees as a whole. Some management so completely inept, in over their head, and unable to provide a basic level of performance themselves, they're considered a constant safety and logistical obstacle for ALL staff to overcome.
