Great that they do invest in the community.

Cons

Underpaid for the amount of work you do daily. Its not worth working here. They say you can move up in the company, thats a joke.

Pros

Good solid company to work for, Benefits are good such as medical and 401k. I have learned alot working for this compnay and feel very secure with my job.

Cons

The pay scale is very low, I have worked here for more than 9 years and have received 3 raises. With the way the economy is that is very hard for one to live. Are perks that we had in the beginning are slowly but surely being takien away.
