Pros

Managers are very competent and genuinely care about their employees. They let you work and really respect your time. Feedback is given every month and is actually useful! The feedback is also balanced with encouragement and insight. They encourage you to learn here, work as part of a team, and make sure to provide enough support for you to actually grow.

Cons

None to really speak of.

Pros

The starting pay and benefits are great, upper management takes the time to recognize your hard work and they make you actually feel valued.

Cons

Limited PTO and yearly pay increases are super low and disappointing.
