      Good place to be, although staff are not valued enough and pay is low

      Pros

      Good place to work, great team. The staff here make it fantastic. Direct manager are all fair and don't complicate things. Local to doncaster town center.

      Cons

      Senior management often make wrong decisions without consulting the people who understand the product. The pay is lower than similar roles, and certain manager are simply not willing to negotiate a pay rise, where as some are. People joining the company with less responsibility and knowledge, on more money is a kick in the teeth. The conpany is very very very disorganised.
