      Pros

      Many positions that allow growth for those that put in the work for it. Company does a lot for it's employees, meals, parties, benefits, bonus opportunities, additional school/training opportunities.

      Cons

      Can be stressful, production positions can lead to mandatory overtime, a lot of items out of your control will affect your work, discipline to poor work isn't always consistent.

      -Holiday pay -PTO -easy work for decent pay -weekends off

      Cons

      -management team has favorites and it definitely shows - Does not care about employees and their health - you're basically stuck working in one area unless management likes you -does not offer sick days -only allows 10 pto days a year unless you've been there forever instead of letting you accrue it each pay period -Has many safety violations they refuse to fix -exposure to harsh chemicals -Does not care about violating OSHA laws and regulations
