No warning that you are going to be laid off Limited industry customer base- They specialize in the Railroad industry which has very finite customer base. Limited opportunity to grow in the United States. The company Wabtec bought up the General Electric locomotive division and the top management is still General Electric but with a WABTEC name and GE culture.
