      Pros

      I had the opportunity to work with some of the most wonderful managers who emphasized work-life balance along with ensuring I had opportunities to upskill myself.

      Cons

      I had joined GE Transportation when it was getting merged with Wabtec. At an organization level, there were a lot of talks about taking advantage of this synergy. However, some long-term GE employees felt there was a loss of GE's culture (policies and working styles), but overall it wasn't too evident at an individual level.
