Company's vision is weak. Not concentrating on new products or research or new projects, just living on providing support to old products. Full of Politics within team and across managers. One has to keep on appeasing managers to get good hike. Can't challenge manger on their feedback and no support from HR. Managers usually have their own favourites who get all the hike and the one works hard won't be recognised because of not in appeasing books. Above all can be judged by the attrition it has now
