Good co-workers for the most part, atleast on the team
Cons
Too many to name, but the highlights are lots of late nights, weekends and holidays spent working instead of with family, poor mental health, poor work life balance, elevated stress levels, lack of support & you will be the first person yelled at and blamed when things dont work out due to poor planning and management’s inability to listen. Within the past year 4 engineers of various experience and skill levels have left this team due to how toxic and unreasonable the environment was. Management shows no signs of wanting to change how things have been going, so there shouldnt be any surprise when more inevitably choose to leave.
