Best place to work. Management is supportive some time there is work pressure but you always get help. You get opportunity to work on diversified projects. Most of the work/activities are managed through well defined tools and systems.

Cons

Being big organisation some time you get feeling of working in isolations.

Was able to be converted from Contingent worker to full time employee by proving to be a valuable member to my team. Flexibility to work from home or office. Amazing co-workers. Nice office building and location. Corporate culture with Wabtec is a huge improvement over legacy GE.

No Cons. Very happy to be a part of the Wabtec family!
